In 2018, We had the pleasure of guiding Ms. Pamela Remodeling a heritage home. As completion neared, her friends flocked to see the outcome and marveled at the home’s exquisite decor and our craftsmanship.
Mrs. Pamela played an invaluable role. She consistently welcomed the tradespeople at the backyard gate each morning and bid them farewell each evening. Her patience and dedication were pivotal to the project’s success. Whenever obstacles emerged, she tackled them with patience and a positive outlook, collaborating with various parties until solutions emerged. Her steadfast commitment and proactive involvement left an enduring mark on me.
Remodeling a home tends to pose more challenges than building a new one. Homeowners about to embark on a renovation must plan meticulously, which includes financial planning, acquiring fundamental knowledge, and setting aside sufficient time. The success of renovation projects depends on the homeowner’s careful execution and diligent oversight.
A few months ago, when Mrs. Pamela invited me back for further work, I couldn’t help but praise, “What a beautiful job,” as I admired the ceiling decorations we completed in 2018. I firmly believe that the success of any project, regardless of size, hinges on the collective efforts of all participants.
Bailey Interiors supplied all architectural plaster products, including the ceiling decoration panels, roses, bands, and cornices. We adorned the kitchen and living room ceilings with six BCP020A/B panels, complementing them with BCC289 ornamental cornices. Bedroom No. 1’s ceiling featured four BCP019A/B panels, capped with ornamental cornice M104. Bedroom No. 2 displayed four BCP022A/B panels, paired with ornamental cornice BCC283. Lastly, the lounge ceiling was embellished with two BCP007 panels and finished with ornamental cornice P12.
