The Challenges of Small Business
Running a small or tiny business in Australia is no walk in the park. For instance, many builders take on the role of cleaner to dispose of construction rubbish on their own. I met builder Mr Peter at a SUEZ public drop-off center. And then Supahandy joined his Topgun Installation team to help to finish some kitchen renovations projects, like this just finished kitchen renovations at Glenbrook.
The Glenbrook Kitchen Renovations
The old kitchen at Glenbrook was small and enclosed. The ceiling was old and uneven, with a dark brown brick wall and an outdated kitchen cabinet. Subsequently, we pulled down the partition wall between the kitchen and living area to create a bigger, open space. New plasterboard was used to cover the old brick wall. Eight meters of new kitchen cabinets and bench top, along with a green splash back, were installed, thereby making the kitchen bright and contemporary. Moreover, the clean, light-colored plasterboard wall complements the classical stained glass arch window, enhancing its history and beauty.
The Green Polymer Splash Board
I really like the green polymer splash board. It matches the dark green of the kitchen bench. The polymer is lightweight, cost-effective, and easy to cut, drill, and shape on site.
kitchen Renovations Color Choices
The new ceiling and wall colors for the living and kitchen area were selected from the Dulux Most Loved Whites & Neutral colors brochure. These are popular colors. In my experience, choosing colors from this brochure is usually a good choice.

Meanwhile, the ancient art of handcrafting classical Victorian stained glass windows lets us enjoy the beauty of peace and antiquity. Therefore, we believe this is the perfect combination of traditional culture and modern decorations. Everyone can feel and enjoy the new beauty. Furthermore, we firmly believe that this kitchen renovations project was a complete success.
